The harsh winter took its toll on all of us and our beloved Lafayette Park as well. Due to budget shortfalls, the city is having a tough time keeping up with all the added maintenance, so we need the help of all the Lafayette Park neighbors to come to the park on Saturday, April 24th from 9:00 until noon and help with our spring clean-up.

It's a great opportunity to enjoy the beautiful spring weather, meet your neighbors, get to know your park better, and help out. We will focus on cleaning up downed twigs and branches, picking up debris, cleaning up our beautiful planting beds, and dealing with the effects of erosion. Refreshments will be served.
